FeaturesPostcards, landing pages & QR
One button — postcard, landing page, and QR built for that exact house
Click Create Postcard on any saved row and Afterplots produces three matching artifacts at once: a print-ready postcard with custom artwork and copy keyed to that home, a personal landing page with the same story, and a QR on the postcard that drops the homeowner straight into their personalized page. Brand assets and contact details flow in from Profile; views, scans, and printer-ready moments fire real-time alerts to your CRM and Slack. No template menus, no design tickets.
How operators use it
- Step 01
Save the neighbor
Score the doors with the proprietary Neighbor Lead Score and save the strong-fit rows to Neighbor List with anchor context attached.
- Step 02
Create the pack
Click Create Postcard. Afterplots generates the artwork keyed to that house, writes the on-card copy, builds the personal landing page, and sets up the QR — all in one run.
- Step 03
Polish the layout
Open the PostCard Creator, place the logo corner and the QR slot, and export a print-ready JPEG. The card you preview is the card the printer ships.
- Step 04
Mail and measure
Send the card from the same row (or from your own broker), then watch views and scans accrue per row. Your CRM and Slack get a real-time ping the moment a homeowner engages.
What it does
Each capability below is a real surface in the Postcards, landing pages & QR screen — exactly what the team will see and use the first day they sign in.
One button, three artifacts
Hit Create Postcard on a saved row and Afterplots generates the postcard hero artwork, the matching personal landing page, and the QR pointing at that page — together, in one run. The team doesn't toggle between a design tool, a microsite builder, and a QR generator.
Per-house artwork keyed to the signal
Each row's artwork is generated for that specific home — its street, its era, the listing or permit signal that anchored the run. Two saved neighbors on different blocks get two different cards. 500 mailers, 500 different cards, all on-brief.
Marketing copy baked into the art
Headline, subheadline, signal bridge line, signature offer, phone, and website are composed onto the postcard image as part of the render — not laid on top in a separate text layer. The card you preview is the card the printer ships.
Brand handoff from Profile
Logo, headline defaults, signature offer, phone, website, services, specialty, differentiators, and reference photos all flow from Profile into the run. Update the brand once and the next 100 cards reflect it.
PostCard Creator for layout polish
After the artwork lands, the PostCard Creator opens a 6×4-inch print-ready canvas and lets you pick which corner the logo sits in and where the QR lands — with a clean white pad and a short scan invite under the QR — then exports a print-ready image.
Personal landing page per row
Each saved neighbor gets their own private landing page with personalized copy, a hero image, an optional reference-work gallery, optional customer quotes, and a section that ties back to the listing or permit that triggered the run. The mailbox story and the phone story stay one continuous experience.
Postcard preview embedded on the LP
The landing page renders the saved postcard image on the page — the homeowner sees the same card they hold in their hand. No 'this lead-gen page looks nothing like the mailer' disconnect.
Personalized address strip
Landing pages include a 'Prepared exclusively for' strip with the recipient's address pulled from the row, so the page feels written for that household — not a generic template that anyone with the URL would land on.
Tracked QR that knows it's a scan
The QR on every postcard tags the visit as a scan, so Afterplots can tell a phone scan apart from a regular page visit. Each row shows a live view count and a separate scan count; the sidebar highlights rows with new activity since the last time the team checked.
Real-time alerts to your CRM and Slack
Wire your CRM and Slack once in Integrations and Afterplots pings them the moment a homeowner views the landing page, scans the QR, or the postcard is ready at the printer. The team sees the moment of engagement, not the morning-after report.
Print-ready, standard postcard size
Output is a standard 6×4-inch first-class postcard at high print resolution. Bleed, safe-area, and printer-check guidance are right there in the editor — bring your own print broker if you have one, or let Afterplots handle print and postage end to end.
Afterplots-routed mail
When the workspace plan supports mailed postcards, send the saved card from the same row. Afterplots picks the next eligible business day in Eastern time (skipping Saturday and Sunday), submits the print/postage job, and logs every status update on the row.
Approval queue for accountable mailing
Workspaces that opt into the approval queue see a pending state on every send until an admin clicks approve from Profile. The button label changes from Mail postcard to Request mailing so reps know exactly what they're triggering.
Return-address flexibility
Use the return address saved on the workspace by default, or — for a single send — explicitly switch to the neighbor's mailing line as the return for that one card. Either way, the choice is logged on the row.
Recipient addressing rules
Default addressing is Home Owner at the property; per-row contact fields from Neighbor List and Lead enrich can override with a real first/last name; assessor-record owner names can substitute when enrichment supplies them. The team always knows what name will print.
Address checked before it ships
Every queued send is run through Afterplots address verification before it leaves for the printer, so misformatted addresses fail visibly with a fix-this message — they don't quietly waste a card and a stamp.
Cancel before it goes to the printer
You can cancel a card right up until the printer says it's ready to mail. Once it's ready, that's the final state — and your CRM and Slack get the same heads-up at the same time.
Per-row PDF handoff
Need to brief a homeowner, a partner agent, or your own ops lead? The per-row PDF includes the workflow status, lead score, ranked summary, compare lines, research notes, landing URL with views and scans, mail status, and an optional second page with the postcard image itself.
What this replaces
The conventional stack is a list builder, a design tool, a print broker, a separate microsite, and a third-party QR generator that doesn't share state with any of them. Afterplots collapses that into one button per saved row — and one shared timeline of who scanned what.
Availability
Postcard and landing page generation included on every paid tier; Try workspaces preview the digital flow without mail. Afterplots-routed mail unlocks on Starter, Growth, and Scale. Real-time CRM and Slack alerts for views, scans, and printer-ready run on Growth and Scale. Workspace viewers see the artifacts read-only.
