Afterplots Lead Score with a rationale
Every row carries a 0–100 Afterplots Lead Score weighted to your trade and profile, plus a ranked summary, a quick compare against the anchor signal, and a 'what we checked' Q&A with a source-level badge for each answer. You see why a row is strong before you mail.
Filterable, sortable, exportable table
Search by address, signal name, or listing identifier. Stack chips like 'needs context', 'ready for pack', 'concept drafted', 'finish postcard', 'mail + LP ready', 'has research', 'LP engaged', 'Chat started', and 'stale 30+ days'. Sort, group by signal, paginate, and export the filtered set to CSV when you want it elsewhere.
Consult calendar and LP chat transcripts
A collapsible consult calendar at the top shows booked homeowner meetings across the workspace. On each row, view full chat transcripts, captured leads, and per-property booked consults — so LP engagement is more than a view counter.
Map panel that mirrors your filter
Pins update with the filter so the same neighbors you see in the table are the ones you see on the map. Click a pin to highlight the row; click a row to focus the pin. Block-walking and route planning live in one view.
Street-level imagery on the row
A street-level imagery panel renders saved coordinates so the row carries a quick situs preview right next to the score and the artwork — no tab juggling to remember which house the address points at.
Postcard, landing page & QR — one button
Click Create Postcard on a row and Afterplots generates the customized postcard, the matching personal landing page, and a tracked QR — keyed to that exact house and signal. Brand, signature offer, phone, and website flow in from Profile; your CRM and Slack get a real-time ping the moment a homeowner views the page, scans the QR, or the postcard is ready at the printer. Optional Afterplots-printed mail
Where your plan allows mailed postcards, send the saved card from the same row — pick a mail date and Afterplots routes it for print and postage. Each send is logged on the row with status and timestamp so you keep an audit trail beside the score.
Build Lead and Afterplots Research
Build Lead attaches parcel and listing context where the data is available; Afterplots Research fills structured operator notes when you opt into it. Both flow into postcard and landing copy, so the creative starts from facts about that home — not a mail merge.
Workflow status with hints
Each row carries a workflow status (needs context, ready, drafted, finished, mailed, engaged) with hints that nudge the next step. PMs and ops leads can scan the table and know what to clear before Friday.
Per-row PDF and CSV
Download a per-row PDF summary for the homeowner conversation or quote handoff, and export the filtered list to CSV when you want to push to a spreadsheet, audit, or hand to an outside agency.
