Close the loop from mailbox to booked job
Results is where operators answer the question that actually matters: did this campaign pay off? Inbound calls to the tracking number on your postcard and landing page log against the campaign. Landing-page consults and Jobber completed visits mark booked jobs when you connect FSM in Integrations. Call-now alerts and speed-to-lead after QR scans help teams convert while interest is hot. Cost per booked job rolls up postcard spend, call-tracking estimates, and outcomes — so you can see where the funnel leaks without exporting to a spreadsheet.
How operators use it
- Step 1
Mail with a campaign number
Create Lead provisions a local tracking number (one per workspace × signal type) on the postcard and landing page when call tracking is live; otherwise your business line from Profile prints.
- Step 2
Calls bridge to your phone
Neighbors dial the printed number; Afterplots forwards to your real line and shows the tracking number as caller ID so you know the call came from the campaign.
- Step 3
Match callers to rows
When caller ID matches a Neighbor List marketing contact, the call attaches to that row and feeds engagement; unmatched callers still count at campaign level with minimized storage.
- Step 4
Booked jobs from multiple paths
Mark jobs on Neighbor List, receive CRM webhooks, or connect Jobber on Integrations → FSM for automatic job-won sync — all visible in the same funnel.
What it does
Each capability below is a real surface in the Results screen — exactly what the team will see and use the first day they sign in.
Campaign tracking numbers
One stable local number per signal type (listing, permit, sale, manual), reused across monthly campaigns so printed mail on refrigerators stays valid for months.
On the postcard and landing page
The tracking number replaces your business line on the card and personal landing page when provisioned at Create Lead — the same number neighbors see is the number that logs in Results.
Forward without recording
Inbound calls bridge straight to your phone. There is no call recording in v1 — recording is a consent-law feature, not a silent webhook toggle.
Caller ID you recognize
Your phone shows the tracking number as caller ID on the forwarded leg, so campaign calls stand out from your personal line.
Row-level match when possible
Matched marketing contacts get a call_inbound engagement event on the Neighbor List row. Unmatched callers are stored as a hash only — identity is not invented.
Recent calls panel
See duration, status, city and state hints from the carrier, and the matched neighbor address when caller ID resolved to a row.
Mail → call → consult → job won funnel
Stage-to-stage rates on Results show where the funnel leaks. Calls require campaign tracking numbers; consults and booked jobs count from landing pages, CRM webhooks, Neighbor List marks, and Jobber.
Cost per booked job
Postcard unit cost from your Profile settings, estimated number rental, and per-minute call estimates roll into campaign economics — amounts labeled as estimates where Afterplots does not have a live invoice.
Ways to track booked jobs
Jobber (automatic on FSM), Neighbor List mark-as-booked, email one-tap links, and generic CRM webhooks — the same methods list as the console, with status-aware guidance when Jobber is connected.
Qualified call nudges
Calls longer than about thirty seconds can surface in your login rundown as high-signal follow-ups — a prompt to mark the row booked while the conversation is still fresh. QR scans also trigger call-now alerts on the row when an enriched owner phone is on file.
The Monday report the console already wrote
Most teams reconcile mail, calls, and CRM closes in a Friday spreadsheet. Results keeps campaign calls, consults, and booked jobs in one funnel tied to the same rows you mailed — so 'did this block work?' has a number, not a vibe.
Availability
Results unlocks on Starter, Growth, and Scale. Campaign tracking numbers provision at Create Lead or first mail on the same tiers when call tracking is enabled for the deployment and Profile has a valid forward phone. Integrations (Jobber FSM, CRM webhooks, Slack) unlock on Growth and Scale. Postcard and landing page generation work on all paid tiers.
