FeaturesAutomations
Set the rules once — Afterplots runs the play every morning
Automations turn the daily Property Search refresh into unattended runs. Pick a market signal — a brand-new for-sale listing, a fresh for-rent, a recent sold, or a new permit web signal — set the radius and minimum Afterplots Lead Score, and the workflow fills Neighbor List for you. Workspace admins can layer in unattended postcard creation and physical mail with weekend-aware queueing rules.
What it does
Each capability below is a real surface in the Automations screen — exactly what the team will see and use the first day they sign in.
Pick the signal that triggers a run
Choose new for-sale listings, fresh for-rent, recently sold, or new Afterplots-grounded permit web signals as the trigger. Every workflow runs on the same daily cadence as Property Search, so the team never has to babysit a refresh.
Three-step wizard for new workflows
Start from a template or a blank workflow, pick the market signal, set neighbor rules, name the workflow, and save it off. New automations start in the off state so you can dry-run before you let them touch live mail.
Set the lead score floor
Each workflow has a minimum Afterplots Lead Score (0–100) — Afterplots only saves rows that clear the floor, so the queue stays high-fit instead of bloating Neighbor List with marginal matches.
Tune the radius
Pick the search ring per workflow — a quarter mile, half mile, or a full mile — and the maximum number of neighbors saved per signal. The same automation can stay tight in dense urban blocks and loose in suburban grids.
Always-on Afterplots Research
Toggle Afterplots Research on per workflow so structured notes attach automatically to every saved row. The team opens Neighbor List to find the homework already done.
Always-on Create Lead + postcard
Have each automation finalize Create Lead and generate the postcard concept by default, so artwork and copy land on the row at the same time the score does — no follow-up clicks required.
Optional auto-queue physical mail
Workspaces with mailed postcards turned on can opt every workflow into auto-queueing mail for the next business day, with weekend rules in Eastern time and a clear approval queue. Returns, addressing, and timing are explained in plain copy on the same panel.
Recent run activity
Every workflow shows a recent runs list — outcome, trigger kind, listing reference, timestamp, and any errors — so admins can spot a stuck run before the team notices.
Admin-only by design
Automations is restricted to workspace admins; non-admins are redirected to Property Search with a friendly explanation. The blast radius of an unattended workflow stays small.
The play that fills the rest of the console
When automations are running, Neighbor List is the morning report, postcards are already drafted, and the team spends time on the rows that matter — not on the daily refresh chore.
