    In Property Search, filter the daily snapshot to fresh for-sale, for-rent, or recently sold rows in the markets you serve. Skip ZIP polygons; the listing is already a sharper anchor than any geography you'd draw by hand.

  2. Step 2

    Score the doors with the proprietary Neighbor Lead Score

    Open Get Neighbor Afterplots Scores on the listing and Afterplots assigns a 0–100 fit rating per house, run through your trade's deterministic rules. Save the strong-fit doors to Neighbor List with the rationale, quick compare, and 'what we checked' Q&A attached.

  3. Step 3

    Mail the postcard and route the page

    Create Postcard generates artwork and copy keyed to that house and the listing nearby. The QR opens a tokenized landing page with the same story; if you mail through Afterplots, every send is logged on the row alongside the score.
